The New Covenant Gryphons bounced the visiting Carlisle Chiefs basketball squad by a final score of 61-30 in Monday's league outing.

Next, the Gryphons face the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) in a Virginia Independent outing, on Thursday, February 13. New Covenant will attempt to upgrade on its 16-8 season record. The Bishops enter the outing with a 9-18 record after their 72-71 non-league loss to Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA).
