New York High School Basketball - Rome Free Academy triumphant over Central Valley Academy

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY) and the host Central Valley Academy Thunder (Ilion, NY), observed Rome Free Academy's basketball team overwhelm Central Valley Academy by a score of 98-62.

Next, the Black Knights clash with the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Red Devils (Verona, NY) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 14. Rome Free Academy will attempt to improve on its 16-0 season record.

The Thunder (12-6) will now prepare for their test against New Hartford (New Hartford, NY). The Spartans come into the Section 3 Tri-Valley - Colonial test with a 7-7 record.
