The Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) basketball felled the host La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD), 66-50 in Monday's league test.

The Braves (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets go into the Southern Maryland test with a 16-4 record. In their last test, Great Mills thwarted Thomas Stone (Waldorf, MD), 68-56, in a league test.
