Maryland High School Basketball - Chopticon tipped by North Point

In Monday's league match, the host North Point Eagles basketball team scored a tight 59-57 triumph over the Chopticon Braves.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD) in a Southern Maryland match, on Wednesday, February 7. North Point will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 14-3 record after their 57-53 league loss to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD).

With the defeat, Chopticon moves to 10-7 on the year. The Braves host Northern (Owings, MD) to meet the Patriots in a Southern Maryland match on Wednesday, February 7.
