North Dakota High School Basketball - New Town can't hold off Nedrose
February 13, 2025: Minot, ND Nedrose Cardinals (Minot, ND) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting New Town Eagles (New Town, ND), 48-43 in a league match.
With the victory, Nedrose upgrades its record to 7-12 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Stanley (Stanley, ND) to face the Blue Jays in a A Region 3 match on Monday, February 17. The Blue Jays enter the match with a record of 6-15. Stanley lost 73-40 in their recent league match against Bottineau (Bottineau, ND)
The Eagles now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Des Lacs-Burlington for a A Region 3 match on Monday, February 17. New Town will face a Lakers squad coming off a 59-31 league win over Dunseith (Dunseith, ND). The Lakers record now stands at 15-6.
