In Thursday's league match, the host Gretna Dragons basketball team scored a decisive 73-41 triumph over the Bellevue East Chieftains.

In their next game, the Dragons meet the Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE) in a A District TBD match, on Saturday, February 17. Gretna will attempt to better on its 18-4 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a 21-1 record after their 82-76 league win over Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE).
