Indiana High School Basketball - Western victorious over Peru

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Western Panthers basketball team scored a good 56-37 triumph over the Peru Tigers.

The Panthers (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN). The Red Devils go into the non-league contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, West Lafayette topped Tri-County (Wolcott, IN), 75-59, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Rochester Zebras (Rochester, IN) in a Three Rivers contest, on Friday, February 21. Peru will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record.
