February 16, 2023: Altoona, PA 16602 In Thursday's league outing, the Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) basketball squad edged the visiting Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA), by a margin of 47-43.
The Marauders (21-3) will now prepare for their outing against Central (Martinsburg, PA). The Dragons go into the non-league outing with a 22-1 record. In their last outing, Central held off Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA), 60-49, in a non-league outing.
The Trojans now own a 20-3 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 28. Greater Johnstown will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 42-28 non-league loss to Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA). The Dragons record now stands at 22-2.
