February 18, 2025: Fair Haven, VT 05743 Fair Haven Slaters (Fair Haven, VT) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT), 57-39 in a league match.
With the victory, Fair Haven upgrades its record to 14-5 on the year. The Slaters host Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT) to face the Terriers in a Southern Vermont - B match on Thursday, February 20. The Terriers enter the match with a record of 11-10. Bellows Falls won 61-48 in their recent league match against Windsor (Windsor, VT)
The Otters now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hartford for a Southern Vermont - B match on Friday, February 21. Otter Valley will face a Hurricanes squad coming off a 84-28 non-league win over Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH). The Hurricanes record now stands at 16-3.
