West Virginia High School Basketball - Midland Trail routs Liberty

February 18, 2025: Hico, WV 25854

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Midland Trail Patriots basketball team scored a big 56-34 triumph over the Liberty Raiders.

The Patriots (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Webster County (Upper Glade, WV). The Highlanders go into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Webster County was trounced by Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV), 59-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Van Bulldogs (Van, WV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 21. Liberty will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 0-15 record after their 84-36 non-league loss to Wahama (Mason, WV).
