March 11, 2025: Ruston, LA 71270 In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Ruston Bearcats (Ruston, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting North DeSoto Griffins (Stonewall, LA), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Bearcats encounter the Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Thursday, March 13. Ruston will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 5-6 record after their 10-9 non-league win over Franklin Parish (Winnsboro, LA).
The Griffins (12-5) will now prepare for their bout against Many (Many, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 8-8 record. In their last bout, Many was overwhelmed by Stanley (Logansport, LA), 6-1, in a non-league bout.
