In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Hamilton Huskies softball team scored a tight 6-2 win over the Highland Hawks.

The Huskies (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Perry (Gilbert, AZ). The Pumas come into the 6A Premier match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Perry was routed by Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ), 6-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Campo Verde Coyotes (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 31. Highland will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Coyotes come into the match with a 5-12 record after their 14-0 league loss to Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ).
