The Highland Hawks softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Higley Knights to 0 in the Hawks league win on Thursday.

The Hawks now sport a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Ridge for a 6A Fiesta battle on Monday, April 14. Highland will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 15-4 league win over Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 16-6.

With the loss, Higley moves to 7-18 on the season. The Knights travel to Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ) to confront the Tigers in a 6A Fiesta battle on Monday, April 14. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 8-10. Gilbert won 12-2 in their recent non-league battle against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ)
