April 1, 2025: Hyattsville, MD 20781 DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD), 12-9 in a league game.
With the victory, DeMatha improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Stags travel to St. John's (Washington, DC) to play the Cadets in a Washington Catholic game on Tuesday, April 8. The Cadets come into the game with a record of 1-1.
The Falcons now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paul VI for a Washington Catholic game on Friday, April 4. Our Lady of Good Counsel will play a Panthers team coming off a 13-3 league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 6-3.
