Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), 5-1 in a league match.

With the triumph, Homestead moves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Mustangs host Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA) to confront the Saints in a non-league match on Friday, April 11. The Saints come into the match with a record of 6-6.

The Trojans now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilcox for a De Anza match on Wednesday, April 9. Milpitas will confront a Chargers squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 6-7.
