In Friday's league bout, the Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC) baseball squad the host Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC), by a tally of 7-5.

Next up, the Trojans encounter the Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC) in a All American 3A/4A bout, on Tuesday, April 8. Pine Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 10-4 record after their 17-1 league win over Westover (Fayetteville, NC).

The Hawks (8-8) will now prepare for their bout against Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Trojans enter the All American 3A/4A bout with a 9-5 record.
