In Thursday's league match, the High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Nebraska Lutheran Knights (Waco, NE), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Storm battle the Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE) in a Crossroads match, on Tuesday, September 2. High Plains will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to H&H (Henderson, NE).
