Pennsylvania High School Football - South Fayette can't get by Canon-McMillan

September 22, 2023: Canonsburg, PA 15317

Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA), 14-7 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Canon-McMillan improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Big Macs travel to Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA) to confront the Vikings in a WPIAL AAAAAA Tri-County Five test on Friday, September 29. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-0. Central Catholic won 50-22 in their recent league test against North Allegheny (Wexford, PA)

With the loss, South Fayette drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA) to confront the Tigers in a WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six test on Friday, September 29. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-3. Moon Area won 26-23 in their recent non-league test against Mars (Mars, PA)
