The Central Valley Warriors football squad scored 42 points and restricted the visiting New Castle Hurricanes to 14 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blackhawk for a WPIAL AAAA Parkway battle on Friday, September 29. Central Valley will play a Cougars squad coming off a 26-14 league loss to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.
