Virginia High School Volleyball - Great Bridge tips Western Branch

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) and the host Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA), observed Great Bridge's volleyball team hold off Western Branch by a count of 3-2.

The Wildcats (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Southeastern battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Lakeland was edged by Hickory (Chesapeake, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.
