The Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 7-11 record. They play next when they host West Rowan for a non-league match on Monday, September 29. Mount Pleasant will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Carson (China Grove, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 7-7.
