The Ledford Panthers basketball team (Thomasville, NC), dropped 70-52 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC)

The Tigers now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity for a 1A/2A Conference 31 battle on Friday, January 13. Randleman will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 95-77 league loss to Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-4.

The Panthers (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies come into the 3A Conference 47 battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Oak Grove prevailed over North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 79-61, in a league battle.
