The Asheboro Blue Comets basketball team (Asheboro, NC), was toppled 51-38 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC)

The Tigers now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wheatmore for a 1A/2A Conference 31 battle on Friday, December 9. Randleman will confront a Warriors team coming off a 73-48 non-league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
