Michigan High School Basketball - Summerfield holds off Sand Creek
January 12, 2023: Sand Creek, MI 49279 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Summerfield Bulldogs (Petersburg, MI) and the host Sand Creek Aggies (Sand Creek, MI), saw Summerfield's basketball squad hold off Sand Creek by a tally of 50-46.
With the victory, Summerfield improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Hudson (Hudson, MI) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-6. Hudson won 51-49 in their recent league challenge against Blissfield (Blissfield, MI)
Next up, the Aggies confront the Lenawee Christian Cougars (Adrian, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Sand Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 60-51 non-league win over Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI).
