Michigan High School Basketball - Summerfield tipped by Morenci
February 3, 2023: Morenci, MI 49256 The Morenci Bulldogs basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Summerfield Bulldogs to 62 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Erie-Mason for a Tri-County contest on Tuesday, February 7. Morenci will meet a Eagles team coming off a 54-32 league win over Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 10-4.
The Bulldogs (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Adrian, MI). The Trojans enter the Tri-County contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Madison was nudged by Clinton (Clinton, MI), 55-53, in a non-league contest.
