California High School Basketball - Lincoln overwhelms Placer

January 12, 2023: Lincoln, CA 95648

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) and the visiting Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA), saw Lincoln's basketball squad wallop Placer by a tally of 78-38.

With the victory, Lincoln improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Fighting Zebras travel to Oakmont (Roseville, CA) to play the Vikings in a challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Oakmont won 50-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA)

Next up, the Hillmen play the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, January 17. Placer will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Miners come into the battle with a 9-11 record after their 58-33 league loss to West Park (Roseville, CA).
