Texas High School Basketball - Troy ripped by Lorena
January 12, 2024: Lorena, TX 76655 The Lorena Leopards basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Troy Trojans to 39 in the Leopards league triumph on Friday.
The Leopards now sport a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a 3A Region III District 19 contest on Tuesday, January 16.
The Trojans (12-11) will now prepare for their contest against Rogers (Rogers, TX). The Eagles enter the 3A Region III District 19 contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Rogers was routed by Rockdale (Rockdale, TX), 38-35, in a league contest.
