The Northwest Mohawks routed the visiting Symmes Valley Vikings basketball team by a final score of 65-24 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Mohawks face the Notre Dame Titans (Portsmouth, OH) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 16. Northwest will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Titans enter the game with a 7-3 record after their 47-42 non-league loss to Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH).
