Florida High School Basketball - Lecanto tipped by Central
January 12, 2024: Lecanto, FL 34461 The Central Bears basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Lecanto Panthers to 36 in the Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springstead for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Central will meet a Eagles team coming off a 61-54 non-league win over Weeki Wachee (Weeki Wachee, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-7.
The Panthers (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hernando (Brooksville, FL). The Leopards enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record.
