Washington High School Basketball - Nooksack Valley thwarts Meridian
January 13, 2025: Everson, WA 98247 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) and the visiting Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA), observed Nooksack Valley's basketball team knock off Meridian by a score of 62-54.
The Pioneers (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Blaine (Blaine, WA). The Borderites come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record.
In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 62-33 non-league loss to Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA).
