January 14, 2023: Harvard, IL 60033 The South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL) basketball crushed the host Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL), 58-19 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Sobos (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Stillman Valley was trounced by Kaneland (Maple Park, IL), 67-40, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Oregon for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Harvard will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 69-58 non-league loss to Warren (Warren, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 6-9.
