Illinois High School Basketball - South Beloit crushes Alden-Hebron
December 2, 2022: South Beloit, IL 61080 South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Alden-Hebron Green Giants (Hebron, IL), 58-29 in a league bout.
With the victory, South Beloit upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Sobos host Mooseheart (Mooseheart, IL) to play the Red Ramblers in a Northeastern bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Red Ramblers come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Mooseheart lost 51-39 in their recent non-league bout against Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL)
Next up, the Green Giants play the Christian Liberty (Arlington Heights, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Alden-Hebron will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 63-49 league loss to HomeSchool Resource Center (Monee, IL).
