Minnesota High School Basketball - Marshall victorious over Mankato West
January 14, 2025: Marshall, MN 56258 In Tuesday's league contest, the host Marshall Tigers basketball team scored a good 86-73 triumph over the Mankato West Scarlets.
The Tigers (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against New Ulm (New Ulm, MN). The Eagles go into the AAA Section 2 contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, New Ulm was topped by Mankato East (Mankato, MN), 100-45, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Scarlets battle the John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Mankato West will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 10-2 record after their 66-52 league win over Mayo (Rochester, MN).
