The Yerington Lions basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Sierra Lutheran Falcons to 54 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Incline for a 2A Northern challenge on Friday, January 17. Yerington will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 70-33 league win over Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV). The Highlanders record now stands at 11-5.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV) in a 2A Northern challenge, on Thursday, January 16.
