The Medicine Valley Raiders basketball squad (Curtis, NE), was outscored 51-33 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Cambridge Trojans (Cambridge, NE)

With the victory, Cambridge advances its record to 4-7 on the year. The Trojans host Sutherland (Sutherland, NE) to meet the Sailors in a non-league battle on Friday, January 17. The Sailors enter the battle with a record of 3-7. Sutherland lost 66-40 in their recent non-league battle against Perkins County (Grant, NE)

The Raiders now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dundy County-Stratton for a D2 District 9 battle on Thursday, January 16. Medicine Valley will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 47-32 league win over Hitchcock County (Trenton, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 8-3.
