January 16, 2024: Hayfield, MN 55940 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Triton Cobras (Dodge Center, MN) and the host Hayfield Vikings (Hayfield, MN), saw Triton's basketball squad overcome Hayfield by a tally of 56-47.
With the victory, Triton improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Cobras travel to Maple River (Mapleton, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-14. Maple River won 79-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN)
Next up, the Vikings confront the United South Central Rebels (Wells, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Hayfield will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 59-51 non-league win over Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (Waterville, MN).
