Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Centennial Golden Hawks (Bakersfield, CA), 54-52 in a league match.

With the victory, Liberty upgrades its record to 7-11 on the year. The Patriots travel to Hanford (Hanford, CA) to face the Bullpups in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Bullpups enter the match with a record of 12-7. Hanford lost 71-66 in their recent league match against Tulare Western (Tulare, CA)
