North Dakota High School Basketball - Garrison fells New Salem
January 16, 2025: Garrison, ND 58540 The Garrison Troopers basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting New Salem Holsteins to 37 in the Troopers league triumph on Thursday.
The Troopers now have a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Center-Stanton for a B District 8 game on Tuesday, January 21. Garrison will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 57-32 league loss to Wilton/Wing (Wilton, ND). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-12.
With the loss, New Salem falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Holsteins host Mandaree (Mandaree, ND) to confront the Warriors in a B District 8 game on Saturday, January 18. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 4-8. Mandaree lost 48-29 in their recent non-league game against Powers Lake/Burke Central (Powers Lake, ND)
