The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV), observed Spring Valley's basketball team overwhelm Palo Verde by a score of 63-30.

The Grizzlies (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV). The Aggies come into the 5A Southern challenge with a 4-11 record.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) in a 5A Southern challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Palo Verde will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record.
