Georgia High School Basketball - Savannah Classical Academy trounces Emanuel County Institute
January 17, 2023: Savannah, GA 31401 The Savannah Classical Academy Spartans (Savannah, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA), 86-32 in Tuesday's league test.
The Spartans (3-8) will now prepare for their test against McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA). The Buccaneers go into the A D2 Region 3 test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, McIntosh County Academy was trounced by Portal (Portal, GA), 65-48, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they host Montgomery County for a A D2 Region 3 test on Friday, January 20. Emanuel County Institute will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 65-50 league loss to Jenkins County (Millen, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-10.
