North Carolina High School Basketball - Greater Cabarrus Stallions trounced by South Charlotte Thunder

January 17, 2023: Matthews, NC 28105

The South Charlotte Thunder Thunder routed the visiting Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions basketball team by a final score of 57-32 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Thunder face the South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars (High Point, NC) in a North Carolina Home Education - West game, on Friday, January 20. South Charlotte Thunder will attempt to move on its 13-8 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 7-6 record after their 63-55 non-league loss to New Garden Friends (Greensboro, NC).

With the defeat, Greater Cabarrus Stallions moves to 15-5 on the year. The Stallions travel to Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC) to face the Indians in a non-league game on Thursday, January 19. The Indians enter the game with a record of 11-12.
