In Friday's non-league test, the Tri-Unity Christian Defenders (Wyoming, MI) basketball squad defeated the visiting Covenant Christian Chargers (Grand Rapids, MI), by a score of 38-30.

Next, the Defenders clash with the Zion Christian Mountaineers (Byron Center, MI) in a Alliance test, on Tuesday, January 21. Tri-Unity Christian will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Mountaineers come into the test with a 8-2 record after their 48-41 non-league win over Wyoming HomeSchool (Wyoming, MI).

The Chargers (9-3) will now prepare for their test against North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI). The Norsemen come into the non-league test with a 11-0 record.
