In Friday's league test, the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD) basketball squad trounced the visiting Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD), by a score of 84-58.

Next, the Crusaders clash with the Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 18. Riverdale Baptist will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 12-4 record after their 59-39 league loss to Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD).

The Warriors (16-2) will now prepare for their test against Arts (Newark, NJ). The Jaguars come into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Arts was routed by Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ), 66-50, in a league test.
