The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Fairfax Christian Cardinals (Dulles, VA) and the visiting Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD), observed Fairfax Christian's basketball team edge Riverdale Baptist by a margin of 70-64.

The Cardinals (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ad Fontes Academy (Centreville, VA). The Falcons come into the Northern Virginia challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Ad Fontes Academy was tipped by Wakefield School (The Plains, VA), 77-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the New Hope Academy National Tigers (Landover Hills, MD) in a Metro Private challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Riverdale Baptist will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 66-48 league loss to Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA).
