In Friday's league contest, the host Lowry Buckaroos basketball team scored a big 58-14 win over the Dayton Dust Devils.

The Buckaroos (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Vaqueros come into the 3A Northern - East contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Fernley was trounced by Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 53-48, in a league contest.
