In Friday's non-league test, the North Port Bobcats (North Port, FL) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Parrish Community Bulls (Parrish, FL), by a score of 50-40.

Next, the Bobcats encounter the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs (Bradenton, FL) in a non-league test, on Monday, January 20. North Port will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 12-4 record after their 47-34 non-league win over Parrish Community (Parrish, FL).

The Bulls (7-14) will now prepare for their test against Southeast (Bradenton, FL). The Seminoles come into the non-league test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Southeast was knocked off by Palmetto (Palmetto, FL), 41-35, in a non-league test.
