Florida High School Basketball - Parrish Community beaten by DeSoto County

The DeSoto County Bulldogs were victorious over the visiting Parrish Community Bulls basketball squad by a final score of 58-45 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Bulldogs (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hardee (Wauchula, FL). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Hardee topped Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL), 53-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulls battle the Manatee Hurricanes (Bradenton, FL) in a 6A District 11 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Parrish Community will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record. The Hurricanes go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 52-44 non-league loss to Bradenton Christian (Bradenton, FL).
