The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the DeSoto County Bulldogs (Arcadia, FL) and the host Bradenton Christian Panthers (Bradenton, FL), observed DeSoto County's basketball team overcome Bradenton Christian by a margin of 55-43.

The Bulldogs (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hardee (Wauchula, FL). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Hardee defeated Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL), 53-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Sarasota Sailors (Sarasota, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Bradenton Christian will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record.
