Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Lincoln County Lynx (Panaca, NV), 73-55 in a league match.

With the victory, Needles upgrades its record to 20-0 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Adelson (Las Vegas, NV) to face the in a 2A Southern match on Tuesday, January 21. The enter the match with a record of 0-12. Adelson lost 57-55 in their recent league match against Lake Mead Christian Academy (Henderson, NV)

The Lynx now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pahranagat Valley for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. Lincoln County will face a Panthers squad coming off a 60-37 league win over Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ). The Panthers record now stands at 12-7.
