Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) and the host Elk Grove Grenadiers (Elk Grove Village, IL), saw Rolling Meadows's basketball squad wallop Elk Grove by a tally of 66-37.

With the victory, Rolling Meadows improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL) to confront the Scouts in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Scouts come into the challenge with a record of 14-5. Lake Forest won 60-47 in their recent league challenge against Waukegan (Waukegan, IL)

Next up, the Grenadiers confront the Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Elk Grove will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 4-15 record after their 56-47 league loss to Hampshire (Hampshire, IL).
